Eating more vegetables doesn't have to feel complicated. Pair crisp, fresh veggies with our farm-made dips for quick snacks, simple lunches, and easy supper sides the whole family will actually love.

Veggie Bag (3-5 veggies/week)
Perfect for smaller households, seniors, or anyone wanting fresh farm vegetables without too much extra.
Includes a weekly selection of seasonal vegetables grown right here on our farm. The only potato option for the bags includes 2.5lbs of potatoes.

Veggie Box (4-7 veggies/week)
Designed for couples and small families who enjoy cooking with fresh ingredients.
Each week includes a variety of seasonal vegetables to help make suppers easier and meals more flavourful. A balanced option with enough variety to try something new while still using everything in the box. Choose either a 2.5lb or 5 lb potato option for your box.

Our largest CSA option for families that cook often, preserve food, or simply love fresh vegetables.
Packed with a wider variety and larger portions throughout the season.
Great for making salads, side dishes, soups, roasting vegetables, and filling the fridge with real farm food each week. Choose either a 2.5 lb or 5 lb potato option for your box.

Sometimes, but we keep balance in mind.
Most boxes contain familiar kitchen staples, while occasionally including a seasonal vegetable to help customers try something new and add more variety and nutrients to their meals.
Some vegetables are extremely labour-intensive to grow on a small farm, especially carrots which require a lot of hand weeding.
Weather and growing conditions also affect availability throughout the season, so box contents naturally vary due to what is ready to be harvested each week.
We understand! Life gets busy, and not every vegetable will be used right away. Many can be frozen for later use, shared with family or friend's or incorporated into simple meals throughout the week.
Our customers find having fresh vegetables already in the fridge helps them cook at home more often and naturally eat more vegetables.
Most vegetables are harvested the day before pickup to help provide the best flavour and freshness possible.
We offer scheduled pickup times for veggie bags and boxes at our farm store. We also drop off bags and boxes at Needful Things- A Homespun Boutique, and deliver to Melville for an additional fee. You can also find our fresh veggies for purchase at our farm store and at the Sunset Beach Flea Market during peek season.
